Production
We process all standard elastomers with different parameters of 15° - 100° Shore A According to the request of the customer we choose the best manufacturing processes such as:
- CM - Compression Molding
- TM - Transfer Molding
- IM - Injection Molding
Asking for the rubber parts, rubber and rubber metal compounds from tissues.
We assist our clients in new developments.
We produce parts from sample tools Make small series for trial. We advise our customers in the selection of elastomers and its parameters.
The production is the following machines available:
- 8 electronically controlled compression presses of 100 t - 400 t clamping force and Platen dimensions of 300 x 300 mm to 600 x 700 mm
- 11 spray injection machines from 80 t - 305 t clamping force and Platen dimensions of 400 x 400 mm to 630 x 730 mm
- 2 Parting machine
- 2 Punch
- 1 Swivel arm punch
Ad 1:
CM - Compression Molding
In this original method of producing molded articles, the forming tool is in the vulcanization of two elements: the Un-lower part of the "cavity" and the top as a lid. This form is first placed in the press heating plates of the vulcanization to the required temperature.
When you open the form now creates the nest in a particular mixture of skin cut size, is often somewhat pre-shaped one. This amount must have a slightly larger volume than the cavity have (about 5%). Then close to the press. Here, the blank is so squeezed into the nest that the rubber, the cavities between the press halves completely and uniformly fills. This is already the desired final shape (some minor deviations due to the cooling caused by "shrinking" one-off look!).
Ad 2:
TM - Transfer Molding
Here is the form not of two but of three parts: the lower part with the mold cavity, the upper part with a built-cylinder injection and an injection piston.
On closing the press, the crude mixture is loaded by the piston through the injection cylinder is pressed into the mold cavity, "transferred". Hence the name transfer molding, with the English "molding" means nothing other than "design".
Ad 3:
IM - Injection Molding
It is also called "injection". First, it is in the 60 years of the 20th century was for the plastics processing invented. A short time later it was modified for the rubber processing. The difference is in it be founded, that thermoplastics, a cross between rubber and plastic, are processed at high temperature and the forming takes place in a relatively cold nest, while rubber compounds tolerated during the processing of only moderate temperatures, but in the form of high temperature must vulcanization.
Was lumped with the injection have to speak again of three types: the plunger injection molding, the screw-injection molding and Schne-cken/Kolben-Spritzgießen.
Even the piston system, the simplest of the three methods, it is already in the pre-chamber (in the injection cylinder) easily reach a preheating of the mixture and then he dose the amount of material to form filling very well.
In relation to the curing process is similar to the transfer-molding system. Improvements can be achieved by injection before the channel is a kind of obstacle ordering system that increases the friction and heat so the mixture quickly and stronger.
